This luxury development of eight residential properties in North Devon, makes a spectacular and imaginative use of energy efficient lighting. Each individual property featured contemporay design with extensive use of natural, locally sourced materials. A key feature was the use of glass to allow natural illumination, which was complimented by the use of recess spotlights, mirror lights and wall uplights.
