Brescia up light - ceramic wall light complete with 18W energy saving bulb. Classic wall mounted up light with a glass bottom allowing a spill of down light as well. Finished in unglazed ceramic (cream) ready to paint if neccesary. Includes a 2 pin 18W energy saving bulb. This fitting is building regulations compliant.
